Group Therapy

In group psychotherapy, individual topics or strategies are practiced in a small group of a maximum of eight participants.

The groups are topic-specific. These groups address individual disorders (including depression management, anxiety management) or individual areas of competence (mindfulness, social competence training).

The number of sessions per group is determined by the topic and the homogeneity of the group constellation. All groups take place in double sessions, in the evening or on weekends.
